I believe our state must play a role in reducing economic inequality. Rapid growth across the Denver Metro area has created massive economic growth, but the gains have not been felt by everyone. My constituents have communicated to me that they want to see legislative action to make sure this growth is smart, well-planned, and equitable. Centennial is not the only place where Coloradans are experiencing inequality. Other legislators from districts across the state are noticing this, too. I work with my colleagues to enact legislation that will make sure economic growth in this state is equitable and doesn’t create more economic inequality.
